Pastor Steve Pettis and Pastor Regina have served as the lead pastors of Bay Assembly since 2016, bringing over thirty-two years of ministry experience together. They have a deep love for Bay Minette and a strong desire to see Heaven move in this county, and their leadership continues to shape the heart and direction of the house. They are passionate about people, the presence of God, and building a church that feels like home. They have three wonderful children and four grandchildren who have truly rocked their world.

Pastor Lindsay joined our team in 2024 after graduating from the University of Alabama, where she discovered a passion for reaching people with the gospel and equipping others to do the same. She serves across the house in everything from outreach to admin and leads all of our social media, helping bring vision to life in both big moments and small details. She loves creating spaces where people feel connected and known, and she believes ministry should be full of joy and fun.

Pastor Kendall joined our team in March 2026 as our Kids Pastor, but she has already been faithfully serving the house alongside her husband Ayden since he joined staff in the summer of 2025. She is certified in Special Needs Children's Ministry and has a deep passion for kids to truly know Christ and grow in their relationship with Him. Kendall brings joy, energy, and intentionality to everything she does, and she is committed to creating a safe space where kids feel seen, excited, and equipped to spread the Gospel.

Pastor Ayden joined our team in the summer of 2025 with a strong drive to reach the next generation. His heart is to equip young people with the foundation and faith they need to walk alongside Christ for a lifetime. He is passionate about creating spaces where students can encounter God and grow bold in their relationship with Him. He is incredibly excited to serve in this role and is especially grateful that he and his wife have the opportunity to invest in and reach the next generation together.
