Steve and Regina Pettis

Lead Pastors

Pastor Steve Pettis and Pastor Regina have been the lead pastors at Bay Assembly since 2016. They both have a passion for Bay Minette and desire to see Heaven invade this county. They have been in ministry for thirty-two years together. They have three wonderful children, and three grandchildren that have rocked their world.

Peyton Newsome

Worship and Young Adult Pastor

Pastor Peyton has been the Worship Pastor at Bay Assembly since 2021 and the Bay Young Adult Pastor since 2022. Pastor Peyton is very passionate about creating a space where everyone is able to authentically encounter Jesus. He is also passionate about developing and discipling young adults, and preparing them for their next step in life.

Ethan Pettis

Next Generation Pastor

Pastor Ethan has been the Next Generation Pastor at Bay Assembly since 2021. As the Next Generation Pastor he gets to disciple and lead Bay Kids teaching them Biblical truth every Sunday as well as partnering with Pastor Peyton on events and next steps with BYA (Bay Young Adults). He is also the Youth Pastor for BAYouth, and loves serving and discipling the next generation.

B A Y K I D S
Every weekend, all children (babies through 6th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative, engaging, and relevant way. We believe church should be fun, God loves to hear kids laugh, and that active faith begins with children.
